Day 1
Arrival At Dehradun (Complimentary Stay)
The tour commences with pick up from Dehradun Jolly Grant Airport or Railway Station one day prior to the Chardham departure. Check in to your luxury hotel in Dehradun. In the evening, attend the pre-tour briefing and receive your special duffle bags for the helicopter journey.

Day 2
Dehradun to Kharsali – Yamunotri VIP Darshan
Depart early morning at 06:00 AM from Sahastradhara Helipad and fly to Kharsali (Yamunotri base). Our ground team will welcome you and assist you with Palki / Pony for the 6 km trek to Yamunotri Temple. Perform sacred darshan of Goddess Yamuna, visit Divya Shila and Surya Kund, and return to Kharsali resort for overnight stay.

Day 3
Kharsali to Harsil – Gangotri VIP Darshan
Fly from Kharsali to Harsil Helipad at 06:30 AM. From Harsil, enjoy a scenic 25 km car drive through apple orchards and pine forests to Gangotri Temple. Our staff will coordinate special VIP Darshan and pooja rituals. Return to Harsil Valley to enjoy the serene environment.

Day 4
Harsil to Sersi / Guptkashi – Kedarnath VIP Darshan
Depart from Harsil to Sersi/Guptkashi helipad. Board the direct shuttle chopper to Shri Kedarnath Helipad (approx. 500 meters from the temple). Our coordinator will guide you for priority VIP Darshan and pooja of the Swayambhu Shiva Jyotirlinga. After darshan, return to Sersi/Guptkashi for overnight stay.

Day 5
Sersi to Badrinath – Badrivishal VIP Darshan & Mana Village
Fly from Sersi to Badrinath Helipad and check in at elite luxury hotel. After lunch, enjoy local sightseeing to Mana Village (last village of India), Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, and Bhim Pul. In the evening, attend special VIP Darshan and divine Aarti at Badrinath Temple.

Day 6
Badrinath to Dehradun Return Drop
After breakfast, transfer to Badrinath Helipad for the return flight to Sahastradhara Helipad in Dehradun (approx. arrival 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM). Collect your main luggage from the hotel and get dropped at Dehradun Airport or Railway Station with holy blessings.

- Weather Force Majeure: In case of flight cancellation due to bad weather or technical clearance, the unutilized flying sector cost is refunded as per charter aviation guidelines.
- Voluntary Cancellation: Standard cancellation percentage applies according to notice period prior to flight date.
