  • Day 1

    Delhi to Haridwar (220 km / 6-7 hrs)

    ⦁ Pick-up from New Delhi Railway Station.

    ⦁ Drive to Haridwar and check-in at the hotel.

    ⦁ Visit Har Ki Pauri for the Ganga Aarti in the evening.

    ⦁ Overnight stay in Haridwar.

    Haridwar to Barkot (180 km / 7-8 hrs)

    ⦁ After breakfast, drive to Barkot via Mussoorie.

    ⦁ En route, visit Kempty Falls (if time permits).

  • Payment Policy

    ⦁ Pay 30% of the total package cost to confirm your booking, which will be adjusted towards the final cost.

    ⦁ Pay 50% of the amount 30 days before the departure.

    ⦁ Pay the remaining balance 10 days before the departure date.

  • Cancellation Policy

    ⦁ 30 days or more before the trip start date: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

    ⦁ 15-30 days before the trip start date: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

    ⦁ Within 07 days before the trip start date: 80% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. The operator will try to offer an alternate feasible activity, but no refund will be provided for the same.

  • Refund Policy

    The applicable refund amount will be processed within 1 month of business days.

  • Confirmation Policy

    ⦁ The customer will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

    ⦁ If the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule based on the customer's preference will be arranged, and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

    ⦁ Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel the booking, and a full refund will be processed.
