Tours Club India - Privacy and Policy
Package Inclusions
Your tour package with Tours Club India includes the following:
- Accommodation on a room-sharing basis as per the itinerary.
- Breakfast and dinner as specified in the itinerary.
- All transfers and sightseeing as mentioned in the itinerary in our comfortable vehicles.
- All toll taxes, parking fees, fuel costs, and driver allowances.
- All applicable hotel and transport taxes.
Package Exclusions
The following are not included in the cost of your package:
- Anything not explicitly mentioned under the ‘Package Inclusions’.
- All personal expenses, such as optional tours and extra meals.
- Vehicle service for sightseeing or transfers not included in the itinerary.
- Medical and travel insurance.
- Any kind of entry fees, unless specified in the inclusions.
- Tips, laundry charges, liquor, mineral water, and telephone charges.
- All items of a personal nature.
- Charges for porters, ponies, horses, cable cars, boats, or train and air tickets.
Payment Policy
To confirm your booking with us, please adhere to the following payment schedule:
- Pay 30% of the total package cost at the time of booking. This amount will be adjusted against the total cost of your tour.
- The next 50% of the total cost is due 30 days before your departure date.
- The remaining balance must be paid 10 days before your departure date.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your trip, the following charges will apply:
- If you cancel 30 days or more before the start date of the trip, 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If you cancel within 7 days of the start date of the trip, 80% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. In such cases, our team will do their best to provide an alternative feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
Refund Policy
The applicable refund amount will be processed within two months (60 business days).
Confirmation Policy
- Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours.
- In case your preferred slots are unavailable, we will arrange an alternative schedule based on your preference and send a new confirmation voucher via email.
- Alternatively, you may choose to cancel your booking, and a full refund will be processed.
